Shipping Policy

Welcome to Nested, As a vendor on our platform, you are responsible for managing and fulfilling all shipping for your products. Please carefully review the shipping guidelines below to ensure a smooth process for your customers.

Shipping Responsibilities

Vendor Responsibility : As a vendor, you are responsible for shipping all orders for your products. This includes packaging, labeling, and arranging for delivery.

Vendor Delivery Timeframes : Vendors are required to specify the estimated delivery time for each product at the time of listing. This time frame should include order processing and shipping. It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure that the product arrives within the promised timeframe.

Shipping Costs

Vendor Set Shipping Rates : Shipping costs will be set by the vendor based on the product's size, weight, and destination. The shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before the customer finalizes the purchase.

Free Shipping : Some vendors may offer free shipping for certain products or order thresholds. This will be clearly indicated on during checkout.

Damaged or Lost Items

Vendor Accountability : If a product is damaged during transit, the vendor is responsible for coordinating with the shipping carrier and issuing a refund or replacement.

Customer Claims : Customers must notify the vendor within two days of receiving a damaged item. If the product is lost in transit, the vendor must assist the customer in filing a claim with the carrier or issue a refund or replacement.

Marketplace Support

Nested.pk will assist customers in contacting vendors for return or exchange issues, but resolution will be handled directly between the customer and the vendor.

Shipping Delays

Vendors must notify customers promptly if there are any delays in shipping. For example, if a vendor’s warehouse is experiencing an issue, it’s their responsibility to provide an updated estimated delivery date to the customer.
